EVERY SUMMER

The free youth boxing camp is designed for boys and girls ages 10 to 17 who are interested in learning the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and supportive environment. Participants will receive professional coaching on basic techniques, including stance, footwork, punches, and defensive moves. The camp emphasizes physical fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship while fostering confidence and teamwork. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to those with some boxing experience. Equipment is provided, and safety gear is mandatory to ensure a secure training experience. This program aims to promote healthy activity, build self-esteem, and offer positive engagement for youth in the community.
